We are seeking a strategic and experienced VP or Director of Product Marketing (depending on experience) to join our team and drive the positioning, messaging, and market success of our innovative mapping and land data solutions.

Job Overview

As the VP/Director of Product Marketing at Land id, you will lead the product marketing strategy to ensure our offerings resonate with target audiences. You will oversee the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging while collaborating with product, sales, growth and brand to position and drive customer marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in product marketing leadership, deep understanding of B2B and B2C markets, and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of Land id’s solutions.
  • Partner closely with the performance marketing team to drive growth and execute go-to-market needs.
  • Work closely with leadership to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that align with customer needs and company vision.
  • Collaborate with product management to inform product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Work with the customer success team to understand and gather user personas, interviews, and insights.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new features, product launches, and updates, coordinating with brand, product, sales, growth marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work with the brand team to execute and drive the marketing website & collateral, online advertisement needs, and other marketing needs. 
  • Partner with brand leadership to establish consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Partner with the brand and content team to develop thought leadership content, such as video, blogs, social media, press releases, and more, to establish Land id as a market leader.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Represent Land id at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements to promote our solutions.
  • Attend and organize in-person team gatherings for planning, team building or other department needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., VP, Director).
  • Proven success in developing and executing product marketing strategies for B2B and/or B2C technology products.
  • Strong understanding of real estate, mapping, or SaaS markets is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing & creative tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a strong growth-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovative solutions.
